How can I access my account online?

It’s this easy, visit the Athena Home Hub or through our mobile app.

What can I do on Home Hub?

You can access your transaction history, see your loan balance, redraw/offset balance, loan details and make payments in and out of your redraw/offset using your Athena BSB and account number.

It’s been designed for an optimised mobile experience but also works brilliantly on any device.

Do you have a mobile app?

Sure do! It’s available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Here’s some of the things you can do:

  • Secure access with fingerprint or face ID
  • See your loan balance, statements, LVR%, next repayment date, and offset/redraw transactions
  • Quickly access your money. Add and edit payees to make instant payments. Set up scheduled payments. Make fee-free offset/redraw transactions. Download statements.

…but we’re not stopping there, we’re also planning a heap of other stuff, so stay tuned! We'll make sure it's the app that keeps on giving.

How do I access my redraw/offset account?

You can access your redraw and offset in Home Hub or the Athena App. From there you’ll be able to see your BSB, Account Number, redraw/offset balance and transaction history.

You can also make payments out of your redraw/offset. Instant payments are supported. Payments out of your Athena account to eligible accounts will be instant, except for payments made between midnight and 3am AET and during certain processing days, such as interest rate change days.

You will see a prompt before completing your payment if we can not process your payment as instant.

What repayment options do you offer?

We offer flexible repayment options to help you pay down your home loan faster. By default, we will set up a regular direct debit with your linked bank account. Other options are salary crediting or debit from your offset or redraw.

How do I make extra repayments?

Throw your extra dollars into your redraw/offset account (you’ll get an Athena BSB and account #) without ever getting hit with fees.


Or call us to set up an additional direct debit.

Are payments out of my redraw or offset instant?

Yes, provided the account you are transferring to supports instant payments. Access your money quickly when you need it. Instead of waiting 1-2 business days, you can pay over 100 Australian financial institutions from under a minute. Off you go, you don’t even need to set it up!

Can I make changes to my loan?

You can do that, and we won’t sting you for it either. You can make changes to your account, like your name, address, phone number or to your loan including changing loan type, borrowers or loan term.

All fee free (excluding super complex ones). Get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
